本課程介紹民法中重要的概念與法律規範，尤其是廣為行政法所引用的法理，如信賴保護原則、總則篇中關於法律行為無效的問題、債權偏中的契約履行責任之問題、無因管理與不當得利的觀念等，除了讓同學可以處理日常生活中可能發生的私法問題外，亦可以打下未來學習行政法之基礎。此外，本課程將以實例方式教授上述民法基本原則及概念，使學生能從實際案例中，學會法律解決問題的方式。本課程主要以民法為內容，並輔以實際的生活案例，讓學生在生活中瞭解民法。

This course introduces important concepts and legal regulations in civil law, especially those cited by administrative law, such as the principle of trust protection, the issue of invalid legal behavior in the general article, the issue of contract performance in the debt bias, the concept of unreasonable management and inappropriate benefits, etc. In addition to allowing students to deal with private legal problems that may arise in daily life, they can also lay the foundation for future learning of administrative law. In addition, this course will teach the above basic principles and concepts of civil law in a practical way, so that students can learn how to solve problems through actual cases. This course mainly focuses on civil law and uses actual life cases to allow students to understand civil law in their lives.

政治乃管理眾人之事，身為一個政治人必須關心瞭解與眾人生活息息相關的法律規定。依民法總則之章節，除了介紹一般民法學之基礎理論外，也引用實務上之案例闡釋，如最高法院之判例、司法院解釋、最高法院決議等。使同學能在理論和實務間有具體而深刻的理解。
