電子商務已經成為當今重要的趨勢，電子商務須要有效的規劃才能輔助商務之進行，本課程之目的乃是了解電子商務技術的能力、商務運作流程以及電子商務規劃方法，以便將技術充分運用於目前的業務或開創新的應用領域。
E-commerce has become an important trend today, and e-commerce must be planned effectively to assist business. The purpose of this course is to understand the capabilities of e-commerce technology, business operation processes, and e-commerce planning methods in order to fully utilize technology in current business or to open up innovative applications.

網際網路的廣泛使用下，商業活動、教育文化及生活應用等層面已深受影響。本課程結合理論發展與實務應用，期能使學生具備在e世代中應具有之能力。
With the widespread use of the Internet, business activities, education and culture, and life applications have been deeply affected. This course provides reasonable discussion on development and practical application, hoping to enable students to have the ability to have in the e-generation.
