引導學生從記憶學習轉向概念學習。使學生瞭解化合物之化學與物理性質並認識官能機轉換。本課程的目標在於訓練學生有機化學實驗操作、現象觀察、化合物製備、分離提煉到鑑定的實作能力,經由分析思考、總結、歸納形成對有機反應及化合物的瞭解與認識。主要內容包括 一、基本有機實驗知識 二、化合物的物理性質及其測定方法 三、化合物的分離及純化 四、有機反應及化合物的合成。1.培育學生具有操作分析有機化學實驗的能力。
2.使學生熟悉各種實驗設備正確使用,了解操作實驗的技巧。
3.認識各化學藥品的物理及化學特性。
4.訓練學生純化物質的技術。
5.學習實驗數據整理及撰寫報告規範。
6.充實實驗室安全及環保衛生觀念。Instruct students to shift from memory to conceptual learning. Let students understand the chemistry and physical properties of compounds and recognize functional machine conversion. The purpose of this course is to train students' practical ability to practice organic chemistry, phenomenon observation, compound preparation, separation and calibration, and form the organic reaction and understanding of compounds through analysis and thinking, summary, and study. The main contents include 1. Basic organic experimental knowledge 2. Physical properties of compounds and their determination methods 3. Divide and purification of compounds 4. Organic reactions and synthesis of compounds. 1. Cultivate students to have the ability to operate and analyze organic chemistry experience.
2. Make students familiar with the correct use of various experimental equipment and understand the skills of operating experiments.
3. Understand the physical and chemical characteristics of each chemical drug.
4. Training students' techniques to purify substances.
5. Learn the specifications of practical experiment data and write reports.
6. Enhance the concept of laboratory safety and environmental protection.
有機化學實驗的目在於訓練學生利用實驗操作、現象觀察、化合物的製備、分離純化到鑑定的過程,經過思考、總結及歸納形成對有機化學反應、化合物的性質、結構產生一定程度的相關知識,並使這些知識能與課本理論相互呼應、驗證、結合,透過實驗反覆練習,來增進學生手、眼、心合一,加深對有機化學課程的興趣及了解。
The purpose of organic chemistry experiment is to train students to use the process of experiment operation, phenomenon observation, preparation, separation and purification of compounds, and form reactions to organic chemistry, properties and structures of compounds through thinking, summarizing and studying. Generate a certain degree of relevant knowledge, and enable these knowledge to interact, verify and combine with the theoretical discussions of the course. Through repeated practice of practical experiments, students can enhance the unity of hands, eyes and mind, and deepen their interest and understanding of the organic chemistry course.
