1.本課程以普通法(Common Law)及美國法之法學英文與案件閱讀暨摘要研析為介紹主體.如人工生殖,安樂死,侵權法,契約法等,以了解美國法制之特色及其與大陸法制發展之相互影響.
2.希望透過相關法律與案件及補充教材之學習,美國法相關案件之導讀,引發同學學習方法與興趣之建立,基本英美法概念之認識,案件閱讀與摘要能力之培養,並以透過就其他國家社會文化歷史法制等之了解,啟迪及省思如何制定與執行法律,以符良善與公平.1. This course is based on legal English and case reading and summary analysis of common law and American law. Such as artificial reproduction, euthanasia, tort law, contract law, etc., in order to understand the characteristics of the American legal system and its relationship with Mutual influence on the development of mainland legal systems.
2.
