教育目標 Course Target
本課程之目標在於使同學能深入了解英文法學用語、培養學生對美國法整體架構之基本認識，並具備搜尋、閱讀、分析英文法律文獻資料之能力。
The goal of this course is to enable students to have an in-depth understanding of English law language, cultivate students' basic understanding of the overall structure of American law, and to have the ability to search, read and analyze English legal document data.
課程概述 Course Description
本課程主以普通法(Common Law)及美國法之法學英文與案件閱讀暨摘要研析為介紹.
透過美國重要案例,了解基本人權,正當程序,侵權,契約等相關之專有名詞與基本概念.
This course mainly introduces the English and case study of Common Law and American Law.
Through important cases in the United States, we can understand the special nouns and basic concepts related to basic human rights, proper procedures, infringement, contracts, etc.
