本課程作為研究所A組一年級碩士生的導引研究(pilot study)課程，旨在協助同學將自身有興趣的研究議題與對象放回學術社群中檢視，定位(position)自己的研究興趣，並建構其問題意識。課程目標在於透過每週的討論，協助同學儘快進入論文寫作的預備狀態，並在課程結束前嘗試媒合同學語系上的專任教師，建立論文指導的關係。

This course is a pilot study course for first-year master's students in Group A of the Institute. It aims to help students put their research topics and objects of interest back into the academic community to examine them, position their research interests, and construct their problem awareness. The goal of the course is to help students get into preparation for thesis writing as soon as possible through weekly discussions, and to try to find a full-time teacher in the same language department before the end of the course to establish a relationship with thesis guidance.

1.引導學生思考論文研究方向、範疇、旨趣，進而焦距議題，著手文獻回顧、初步撰寫提案以及進行論文研究。 2.觀摩學長姐論文口試歷程。 3.使各生充分掌握論文研究進度。

Guide students to think about the research direction, scope, and purpose of the thesis, and then focus on the topic, start literature review, preliminary writing proposal, and conduct thesis research. 2. Observe the senior sister’s thesis oral examination process. 3. Enable each student to fully understand the progress of thesis research.
