透過與餐旅業界的訪談與演講，提升學生餐旅管理新知、產業環境分析的能力、及策略性思考之習慣與能力。
Through interviews and lectures with the hotel and hotel industry, students will improve their new knowledge of hotel and hotel management, their ability to analyze the industrial environment, and their habits and abilities of strategic thinking.
