教育目標 Course Target

Upon successful completion of this course, students should be able to: (1) critically evaluate the role of microorganisms in specific biotechnological processes and its application (2) describe metabolic pathway engineering approaches to engineer microbes for the over-production of metabolic intermediates and to generate novel compounds. (3) mathematically describe microbial growth and product formation in batch, fed-batch, continuous cultures.
