台灣教育內部受經濟產業結構轉型、多元文化、人權高漲、人口變遷等因素影響,外部則受國際政經局勢動盪、國際化和全球化等大因素影響。從不同的面向來瞭解教育政策是必要的,該課程期望提供不同方式來理解教育政策的複雜性。
Taiwan's education is affected internally by factors such as the transformation of economic and industrial structure, multiculturalism, rising human rights, and demographic changes. Externally, it is affected by major factors such as international political and economic instability, internationalization, and globalization. It is necessary to understand education policy from different aspects, and this course hopes to provide different ways to understand the complexity of education policy.
