1.瞭解心理衛生的基本概念。 2.瞭解面臨生活的問題與壓力以及如何適應。 3.促進心理健康。1. Understand the basic concepts of mental health. 2. Understand the problems and pressures faced in life and how to adapt. 3. Promote mental health.
