教育目標 Course Target
本課程在研討科技管理之<產業科技創新議題>及<個別企業導入應用>之策略規劃，透過個案研討及企業案例的導入，探討<內部創新程序>與<外部技術取得>之規劃實施及評估控制，提供企業管理者應用科技管理之有效學習。
This course studies the strategic planning of "Industrial Technology Innovation Issues" and "Introduction and Application of Individual Enterprises" in technology management. Through case studies and the introduction of corporate cases, it explores the planning, implementation and evaluation control of "Internal Innovation Procedures" and "External Technology Acquisition", providing effective learning for business managers in the application of technology management.
