處在瞬息萬變知識經濟時代下,科技創新管理已經成為企業持續性競爭優勢與成長的原動力,然而,如何成功且不斷地推動技術與產品創新至市場中卻成為企業經理人的一大挑戰。因此本課程強調如何讓企業經理人有效率管理科技創新的流程與實務的介紹,並從科技創新管理當代觀點與企業管理實務的角度,介紹科技創新管理相關理論與實際個案討論,讓同學能具備以下目標:
1. 建立同學具備管理科技創新的基礎能量
2. 介紹分析企業如何藉由科技基礎的產品與服務,創造、商業化與獲取價值,並且進而維持競爭的優勢。
3. 讓同了解企業如何有效管理科技創新的流程與實務
2. 藉由當下重要創新科技的趨勢,運用科技創新理論,了解新興科技的影響與趨勢,如分享經濟、網路金融、物聯網與大數據、創新經濟等
3. 藉由熟悉科技創新流程、架構設計與創新運用之有效策略做法,建立同學具備規劃、執行與評估企業的科技創新策略至實際企業環境之能力。In the era of ever-changing knowledge economy, technological innovation management has become the driving force for corporate sustainability competition and growth. However, how to successfully and continuously promote technology and product innovation to the market has become a major challenge for corporate managers. Therefore, this course emphasizes how corporate managers can effectively manage the process and introduction of technology innovation processes and practices, and introduces relevant scientific and technological innovation management theory and actual case discussions from the perspective of contemporary scientific and technological innovation management concepts and enterprise management practices, so that students can meet the following goals:
1. Establish the basic energy of students to manage scientific and technological innovation
2. Introduction and analyze how enterprises can create, commercialize and gain value through technology-based products and services, and maintain competitive advantages.
3. Let us understand how enterprises can effectively manage the process and practice of technological innovation
2. Through the current trend of important innovative technologies, use technological innovation theories to understand the impact and trends of new technologies, such as sharing economy, online finance, Internet and large data, innovative economy, etc.
