This course is a classic novel selection. By reading text, you can achieve the basic ability of doing things and thinking; through the various life experiences in classic novels, we can combine and connect our lives and connect them to ourselves. The teacher who never forgets the past and the future is probably what we will experience in the future. Who says that the worldly situation in classical literature cannot be connected to modern times? Therefore, this period will start from the following three topics: "Love" - the wisdom of sincere dedication and letting go, "life" - philosophy and principles of being a human being, and "self" - the establishment of personal goals and ideals. We hope to use the different ideas shown in the novel, and to match the social background at that time, we will try to explain the author's original meaning; and link them to various problems and challenges that we may face, as our goal for reference. In the different social contexts of ancient and modern times, we have learned the inappropriateness of not considering the content of classical novels with modern new thinking, and tried to give these old experiences new thinking to make them more in line with the needs of the times. Through reading and analysis of text, train students' ability to read and master key points; by raising and discussing questions, stimulate different views of classmates in various departments, so that their views can be more diverse in exchanges of opinions; or Combining novel text with history, culture, modern literature – such as poems, dramas or novels, strengthening students' familiarity with literature and culture; using sub-group reports or discussions, so that students can view the world from multiple angles to enhance their self-thinking and language expression ability.
