本課程是師資培育中心之特色選修課程,以及生命教育學程的核心課程;我們認為一個教師不僅要對學生的生命過程有所瞭解與關懷,也要對自我的生命有所體認,才能造教一個全人教師。因此,教學目的除了介紹生命教育基本概念外,一方面,從認知、情意與行動三個面向,啟發學生對生命與生活的觀察與反思能力,思考生命的意義與價值,並從不同的生活面向實踐活出更美好的生命;另一方面,本課程也將協助修課學生瞭解生命的多樣性,學會探索自我生命,尊重他人生命,以及中學推動生命教育的課程主題,以利進入中學教育職場時可以投入參與生命教育的推動。
課程內容設計成兩個部分進行:第一個部分以生命教育理念的探討為基礎,探討生命的本質與不同類型生命發展的議題,包括對自我生命的體認與接納;第二個部分結合生命教育主題與生命歷程的議題,分別以專題、影片賞析與討論、以及與個別標竿人物的訪問,協助學生體驗生命的不同議題之核心意涵,達到體認自我與他人生命價值,並獲得輔導與協助弱勢學童成長的能力啟發。
在教學方法上採三分之一課堂講授討論,三分之一的影片賞析與討論,以及三分之一的同學彼此反思與心得成果分享。修習本課程的學生將可獲得下列四項能力:
(一) 瞭解生命教育的基本概念與理論;
(二) 瞭解生命多樣性與適性學習與發展的內涵;
(三) 瞭解生命歷程中的重要議題與對應的可能態度與方式;
(四) 獲得輔導中學生生命成長與發展的教學能力。This course is a special elective course of the Teacher Training Center and a core course of the life education course. We believe that a teacher must not only understand and care about the life process of students, but also have an understanding of his own life in order to create Teach a whole person teacher. In terms of teaching methods, one-third is classroom lectures and discussions, one-third is video appreciation and discussion, and one-third is used for students to reflect and share their experiences with each other. Students who take this course will acquire the following four abilities:
(1) Understand the basic concepts and theories of life education;
(2) Understand the connotation of life diversity and adaptive learning and development;
(3) Understand important issues in the life course and corresponding possible attitudes and methods;
(4) Acquire the teaching ability to guide the life growth and development of middle school students.
