教育目標 Course Target
為適應法律系學生的需求，本課程首先將簡略介紹形式邏輯的基本概念，之後則將以實用的規則訓練學生進行批判思考
To meet the needs of law students, this course will first briefly introduce the basic concepts of formal logic, and then train students to critically think with practical rules.

本課程主要討論邏輯推理在法律上的應用。
This course mainly discusses the application of logical reasoning in law.
