景觀工程的課程目標主要是教導學生，如何將景觀設計課程所學之設計構想、基本設計等內容，透過一貫的程序，成為實際的工程實績。內容包含：構造方法，讓同學對主要景觀構造物之結構形式及細部設計有基本了解；敷地工程，希望提升同學對於地形調整、土方計算及排水設計的基本能力；工程落實，增加景觀工程實務操作時需具備之基本能力，包含施工圖及施工規範的編製原則、工程發包程序、工程施工及施工品質控管流程，到工程驗收及移交使用。使學生了解景觀工程整體流程，並學習所需之技能。The course objectives of landscape engineering are mainly to teach students how to make the design structure, basic design and other content learned in the landscape design course through a single program to become an actual engineering reality.
