教育目標 Course Target

認識食品加工業的產業結構,學習製造業管理的原理以及熟習食品工廠各種生產管理的方法,培養學生對食品產業管理的能力。Understand the industrial structure of the food processing industry, learn the principles of manufacturing management, become familiar with various production management methods in food factories, and cultivate students' ability to manage the food industry.


課程概述 Course Description

介紹食品工業的型態及結構,使學生明瞭食品加工業的基本管理原理,管理單元,以及各種作業管理工作。
Introduces the type and structure of the food industry, allowing students to understand the basic management principles, management units, and various operation management tasks of the food processing industry.
