教育目標 Course Target

(1)學生必須修習本系開設在上學期之「食品市場規劃通論」並且成績及格,於下學期即可以再接續修習本科目,如此更有助於完整建立對於食品市場的觀察能力。特別是針對在擬定食品市場策略之前置作業上,可以強化汲取消費者需求或是市場動向的能力。 (2)期待學生可以理解有效掌握市場的動向與趨勢,乃是維持食品企業再生產循環的重要原動力。 (3)給予學生適切的市場調查基礎訓練,得以單獨規劃市場調查研究案。 (4)強化學生對於市場情報的管理概念,感受到有效的情報資訊將是規劃出良好市場並習得如何運用市場情報以作為生產或販賣策略的參考依據。(1) Students must take the "General Introduction to Food Market Planning" offered by this department in the previous semester and pass the course. They can continue to take this course in the next semester, which will help to fully establish their ability to observe the food market. Especially for pre-work in formulating food market strategies, the ability to absorb consumer needs or market trends can be strengthened. (2) It is expected that students can understand and effectively grasp market trends and trends, which is an important driving force for maintaining the reproduction cycle of food companies. (3) Provide students with appropriate basic training in market research so that they can independently plan market research research cases. (4) Strengthen students' management concepts of market intelligence, feel that effective intelligence information will be a reference for planning a good market and learn how to use market intelligence as a reference for production or sales strategies.


課程概述 Course Description

本科目乃是向修習學生傳達有關「Marketing Research」的理論與方法,課程設計包含理論與方法的解說,並搭配調查實務操作。
This course is to convey the theories and methods of "Marketing Research" to students. The course design includes explanations of theories and methods, coupled with practical investigation operations.
