說明我國健康食品及日本機能性食品的研發現況及各種品項機能性食品。Explain the research and development status of health foods in my country and functional foods in Japan, as well as various types of functional foods.

說明機能性食品之生理保健機能。
Explain the physiological health-care functions of functional foods.
