教育目標 Course Target

生物技術在上世紀末廣泛引入各研究領域,對於基礎研究與實際應用都有很廣大深遠的影響,而遺傳學可謂生物技術的基石。本課程提供修習者在接觸分子生物學與高等遺傳學各相關課程之前,對於傳統孟德爾遺傳學、群體與演化遺傳學、細胞遺傳學乃至於分子遺傳學能得到足夠之背景知識。Biotechnology was widely introduced into various research fields at the end of the last century, and has had a profound impact on basic research and practical applications. Genetics can be said to be the cornerstone of biotechnology. This course provides students with sufficient background knowledge on traditional Mendelian genetics, population and evolutionary genetics, cytogenetics and even molecular genetics before taking courses related to molecular biology and advanced genetics.


課程概述 Course Description

涵蓋傳統遺傳學、細胞遺傳學以及分子遺傳學。包含遺傳學研究法、孟德爾與其遺傳學定律、基因連鎖、母系遺傳、真核染色體結構與變異、基因與突變、跳躍因子與其他可轉移基因組件、基因選殖與分子分析、分子標記、基因調控、細胞週期、癌症遺傳學等
Covers traditional genetics, cytogenetics, and molecular genetics. Including genetic research methods, Mendel and his laws of genetics, gene linkage, maternal inheritance, eukaryotic chromosome structure and variation, genes and mutations, jumping factors and other transferable genetic components, gene selection and molecular analysis, molecular markers, genes Regulation, cell cycle, cancer genetics, etc.
