教育目標 Course Target

於學生學習乳品加工的理論同時,於實習教室實際操作;讓學生依組成原料的性質、演練配方組成、實際演練各種乳品的製作;體驗各種乳品的製造流程中產生現象,強化各種乳品之加工方法、理化學與微生物學品質、衛生安全等概念。While students learn the theory of dairy processing, they practice it in the practical classroom; students are allowed to practice the production of various dairy products according to the properties of raw materials, practice formula composition, and experience the phenomena that occur in the manufacturing process of various dairy products to strengthen the processing methods of various dairy products. , physical chemistry and microbiology quality, health and safety and other concepts.
