這是跨領域的課程,以經濟學的觀念解說組織管理的相關問題。本課程先講解目前的製造業、運輸業和服務業的生產特徵(輔以紀錄片),之後說明企業由之而形成的成本考量和策略模式。繼之講解交易成本經濟學和各種企業模式(功能性組織,多事業部門,矩陣組織,網路組織等)。最後介紹薪酬結構(與人力資源有關)。課程講解多以事例為主,減少繁複的數學。This is an interdisciplinary course that uses economic concepts to explain issues related to organizational management. This course first explains the production characteristics of the current manufacturing, transportation and service industries (supplemented by documentaries), and then explains the cost considerations and strategic models formed by the enterprises. Next, transaction cost economics and various business models (functional organization, multi-business units, matrix organization, network organization, etc.) are explained. Finally, the salary structure (related to human resources) is introduced. The course explanations are mostly based on examples and reduce complicated mathematics.
經濟學主要在處理稀少資源進行最有效配置的問題。而管理經濟學,則在協助決策者(管理者)有效率的配置稀少資源、規劃企業策略、以及執行有效的策略。本課程主要以經濟學的概念,由需求面、廠商生產面,延伸討論到市場訂價等相關策略。
Economics deals primarily with the most efficient allocation of scarce resources. Managerial economics assists decision makers (managers) to efficiently allocate scarce resources, plan corporate strategies, and implement effective strategies. This course mainly uses the concepts of economics, from the demand side and the manufacturer's production side, to extend the discussion to market pricing and other related strategies.
