本課程介紹本院管理教育的使命(Mission)、願景(Vision)與信念(Values),以及大學部管理學學士(BBA Program)學位課程的學習目標(Learning Goals)與核心能力(Learning Objectives)。同時透過分組討論、口頭報告以及書面報告等多元學習評量活動,幫助學生在四年大學部課程的學習過程中,充分掌握本院BBA Program所揭櫫的學習目標與其相關核心能力。除了強調倫理價值與社會責任在學習管理專業知識中的重要性、引導學生針對不同情境提出有效的解決方案,本課程透過互動式教學重新檢視每位同學的口語表達、書面表達與團隊合作能力,並且激發學生於未來校園學習與職場工作上,堅持追求專業表現。This course introduces the Mission, Vision and Beliefs of our management education, as well as the Learning Goals and Core Competencies of the BBA Program degree course in the university. At the same time, through diversified learning evaluation activities such as sub-group discussions, oral reports and written reports, we will help students fully grasp the learning goals and their related core abilities revealed by our BBA Program in the four-year college department course. In addition to strengthening the importance of ethical value and social responsibility in learning management professional knowledge and guiding students to propose effective solutions to different situations, this course re-examines each student's oral expression, writing expression and team cooperation capabilities through interactive teaching. And it also motivates students to pursue professional performance in their future campus learning and career work.
