商業上的法律風險是從事任何商業行為之前所不容忽視，本課程希望對過商事法律之體系介紹，使同學們具有商事法基本法律知識，並透過法院判決之分析與討論，使同學具有評估商業行為法律風險之能力。The legal risks in business are not to be ignored before any commercial behavior. 一般所稱商事法包含公司法、海商法、保險法、及票據法等法律。上述四項法律與各種商業行為習習相關，尤其在國際貿易或國際企業經營中，上述法律更是各項商業行為的基本規範。本課程即以前述四項法律為討論內容，希望透過具體案例的討論，讓同學對規範商事行為的法律，有概括、基礎的瞭解。
