Enable the corporate management students to have a general understanding of the laws that will be used in corporate work such as the Company Law, Securities Exchange Law, Insurance Law, Ticketing Law and Smart Property Rights, and increase their competitiveness in employment

一般所稱商事法包含公司法、海商法、保險法、及票據法等法律。上述四項法律與各種商業行為習習相關，尤其在國際貿易或國際企業經營中，上述法律更是各項商業行為的基本規範。本課程即以前述四項法律為討論內容，希望透過具體案例的討論，讓同學對規範商事行為的法律，有概括、基礎的瞭解。

Generally, commercial law includes laws such as company law, maritime law, insurance law, and billing law. The above four laws are related to various business activities, especially in international trade or international enterprise operations. The above laws are the basic regulations of various business activities. This course is the discussion content of the four previous laws. We hope that through discussions on specific cases, we can give students a general and basic understanding of the laws governing commercial conduct.
