透過四種角色 (老師、中央廚房、大手、小手)、五種輔導機制 (小組聚會、個別輔導、特別主題班、大手扶持、民意反應)、及兩種管道(實際見面討論與網路互動),在輔導低年級學生學習與生活實務中,培養修課學生工作倫理與團隊合作能力。
Through four roles (teacher, central kitchen, big hands, small hands), five counseling mechanisms (group gatherings, individual counseling, special theme classes, big hand support, public opinion feedback), and two channels (actual face-to-face discussions and online interaction) , while tutoring lower-grade students in their study and life practices, and cultivating students’ work ethics and teamwork abilities.
