本課程探討焦點在於全球化時代的國際企業之管理。首先讓學生瞭解國際企業的特徵及其相關理論；其次探討國際企業與變動的國際環境之間的關係以及因應多變的國際環境所應採取之經營管理策略。本課程之主要目的在於使學生瞭解目前國際企業研究領域所探討之議題，並藉由個案之探討期能激發同學對此一學門之興趣，並做為與經營實務結合或其他深入研究課題之基礎。

This course focuses on the management of international enterprises in the era of globalization. First, let students understand the characteristics of international enterprises and their related theories; second, explore the relationship between international enterprises and the changing international environment and the management strategies that should be adopted by the international environment due to the changing international environment. The main purpose of this course is to enable students to understand the current topics explored in the field of international enterprise research, and to stimulate students' interest in this learning through the case study period, and to serve as a basis for combining with business practices or other in-depth research topics.

International/global management is a multicultural or cross-cultural environment planning, organization, leadership, and control procedures; explore multicultural or cross-cultural environments, develop business management strategies, design and operation management systems, and manage human resources to ensure long-lasting competitive advantages.
Use the "course lecture" and "case discussion" teaching methods in a comprehensive manner to cultivate global strategy management capabilities to analyze the operating environment and planning of the international/global market and to implement international/global strategies.
