This course emphasizes the management and strategy aspects of international enterprises, and provides detailed and in-depth introduction to the evaluation, formulation, execution of cross-border strategies, as well as management activities of important functional aspects.

國際/全球管理是多元文化或跨文化環境的規劃，組織，領導，和控制程序；探討多元文化或跨文化環境，發展經營管理策略，設計及營運管理系統，和管理人力資源，以確保持久的競爭優勢。
綜合使用「課程講授」和「個案討論」教學方法，培育分析國際/全球市場的經營環境與規劃及執行國際/全球策略的全球策略管理能力。

International/global management is a multicultural or cross-cultural environment planning, organization, leadership, and control procedures; explore multicultural or cross-cultural environments, develop business management strategies, design and operation management systems, and manage human resources to ensure long-lasting competitive advantages.
Use the "course lecture" and "case discussion" teaching methods in a comprehensive manner to cultivate global strategy management capabilities to analyze the operating environment and planning of the international/global market and to implement international/global strategies.
