國際/全球管理是多元文化或跨文化環境的規劃,組織,領導,和控制程序;探討多元文化或跨文化環境,發展經營管理策略,設計及營運管理系統,和管理人力資源,以確保持久的競爭優勢。

International/global management is a multicultural or cross-cultural environment planning, organization, leadership, and control procedures; explore multicultural or cross-cultural environments, develop business management strategies, design and operation management systems, and manage human resources to ensure long-lasting competitive advantages.
Use the "course lecture" and "case discussion" teaching methods in a comprehensive manner to cultivate global strategy management capabilities to analyze the operating environment and planning of the international/global market and to implement international/global strategies.
