從貨幣面（monetary side）來分析貨幣因素對實質國際經濟活動的影響，並探討如何建立適當的國際金融制度及確保適宜的金融操作，俾能提供良好的貨幣環境，以利國內、外經濟活動的進行。From the monetary side, we analyze the impact of currency factors on quality international economic activities, and explore how to establish an appropriate international financial system and ensure appropriate financial operations so as to provide a good currency environment to facilitate the conduct of domestic and foreign economic activities.
本課程教學目的乃對於開放經濟體系，提供總體經濟理論的進階分析及模型延伸，尤其在總體經濟政策的效果分析及涵義上。並對整體世界經濟體系，互相依存的國際金融制度沿革及發展，外匯市場、國際收支的調節理論均為主題。主要內容包括：國際收支帳的介紹，各種匯率體制的發展及優劣比較，國際金融體制現況與變革，開放型總體經濟模型的建立、運作與架構，總體經濟政策效果分析，國際經濟景氣的傳輸與互動的探討，國際收支與匯率動態調節過程的理論。
The purpose of this course is to provide advanced analysis and model extension of overall economic theory for the open economic system, especially in the analysis and connotation of overall economic policies. And the theory of the adjustment of the foreign exchange market and international revenue and expenditure on the overall world economic system, the interdependent international financial system, are the themes. The main contents include: introduction of international income and expenditure accounts, the development and comparison of various exchange rate systems, the current situation and changes of international financial system, the establishment, operation and structure of open overall economic model, analysis of the effect of overall economic policy, the transmission and interaction of international economic landscape, the theory of the dynamic adjustment process of international income and expenditure and exchange rate.
