教育目標 Course Target

課程依照下列4部分進行 1.質性研究的理論基礎(本體論、認識論、方法論) 2.實證質性研究的設計(多元測定—質性與量化研究整合的可能、質性研究的信度與效度、真實度、合理 度、批判度) 3.資料蒐集(參與觀察法、行動研究、訪談法、歷史社會學研究法、隱喻誘引法ZMET) 4.詮釋主義資料分析理論基礎及呈現(詮釋學、現象學、結構主義符號學)The course is conducted in accordance with the following 4 parts: 1. Theoretical basis of qualitative research (ontology, epistemology, methodology) 2. Design of empirical qualitative research (multiple measurement-the possibility of integrating qualitative and quantitative research, the reliability and reliability of qualitative research Validity, authenticity, reasonableness, criticality) 3. Data collection (participant observation method, action research, interview method, historical sociology research method, metaphor induction method ZMET) 4. Theoretical basis and presentation of interpretivist data analysis (hermeneutics, phenomenology, structuralist semiotics)


課程概述 Course Description

質化研究是一門社會科學領域常用的研究方法論課程,本課程介紹餐旅領域常使用之質化研究方法的觀點與研究過程,以文本分析研究為主認識質化研究特質,詮釋典範的相關觀點、量化與質化研究差異、質性研究企劃過程、資料收集方法及技巧、研究倫理、寫作方式等;並協助同學選擇碩士論文主題、找出問題意識、整理文獻、擬出研究架構,撰寫研究大綱、並執行質化研究過程。
Qualitative research is a commonly used research methodology course in the field of social sciences. This course introduces the viewpoints and research processes of qualitative research methods commonly used in the field of hospitality and hospitality. It focuses on text analysis research to understand the characteristics of qualitative research and interprets relevant views of the paradigm. , differences between quantitative and qualitative research, qualitative research planning process, data collection methods and techniques, research ethics, writing methods, etc.; and assist students in selecting master's thesis topics, identifying problem awareness, organizing literature, formulating a research structure, and writing research Outline and execute the qualitative research process.
