Learn traditional industry economics, be familiar with the world and Taiwan food market structure and corporate operations, and use learning theory and analytical tools to conduct marketing company planning for products.

課程概述 Course Description

To understand the history and developing of today’s food industry (Taiwan wise and global wise), by utilizing the tool of industrial economics SCP paradigm to establish understanding of the enviorment that enable for industry to develop, and to discuss the competitiveness and new role of Taiwanese food industry.
