教育目標 Course Target
細胞生物學為食品科學、動植物學、理化、環境科學、免疫與醫學之交集,也是通向基礎與應用的重要起點。本課程藉由代表性專題使修習者能對細胞之生與死、分化與癌化、訊息傳導、膜通道及神經傳導等有所思考與認識,而能回答諸如化學物質加入食品或環境之影響,以及細胞老化死亡與個體健康關連等問題。
Cell biology is the intersection of food science, anime and botany, physics and chemistry, environmental science, immunity and medicine, and is also an important starting point for foundation and application. This course uses representative topics to enable practitioners to think and understand the life and death of cells, differentiation and cancer, information transmission, membrane channels and neural transmission, and can answer questions such as the impact of chemical substances added to food or environment, as well as the link between cell aging and death and personal health.
