教育目標 Course Target
本課程目標旨在讓EMBA同學瞭解企業研究方法的基本概念與軟體操作，以強化EMBA同學在管理問題研究與決策分析能力。
The purpose of this course is to enable EMBA students to understand the basic concepts and software operations of corporate research methods, so as to enhance EMBA students' ability to research and decision-making analysis in management issues.
課程概述 Course Description
本課程探討如何進行企業管理領域的研究，授課內容包括研究的基本概念、研究的流程、研究的設計、資料蒐集方法、資料蒐集工具的設計、抽樣設計、資料分析方法、以及論文報告的撰寫。希望藉由這門課讓修課同學具備進行企業管理領域的基礎研究或應用研究的知識與能力。
This course explores how to conduct research in the field of enterprise management. The course includes the basic concepts of research, the process of research, the design of research, data collection methods, the design of data collection tools, sampling design, data analysis methods, and the writing of paper reports. We hope that through this course, students in the course have the knowledge and ability to conduct basic research or application research in the field of enterprise management.
