民法債編總論為財產法的權利義務關係的通則，在今交易頻繁的社會關係中，債法的適用及了解更形重要。本課程著重於建立學生對債編通則的體系基礎及理論應用，以奠定學生財產法的基礎。因此本課程首先就債編通則的體系作一整體性的介紹及分析，以建立學生對債總的基礎了解，然後分就債之發生、標的、效力、移轉、消滅及多數債權人及債務人等主題，以體系表的建立及解說為始，循序解說相關理論，並著重於實例演習，以培養學生適用理論於實務的能力。The civil law debt encouraging is generally a common policy for rights relations in property law. In today's social relations with frequent transactions, the application and understanding of debt law are more important. This course focuses on establishing the systemic basis and theoretical application of students' debt editing rules to lay the foundation for student property methods. Therefore, this course first introduces and analyzes the system of debt editing in a comprehensive manner to establish a basic understanding of debt, and then divides the topics of debt occurrence, labeling, effectiveness, transfer, consumption, and a large number of debtors and debtors. Starting with the establishment and interpretation of the system table, the relevant theory is explained step by step, and the examples are focused on practical performance to cultivate students' ability to apply theory to practice.
