教育目標 Course Target
使學生瞭解食品包裝材料與方法,主要食品包裝材料包括:金屬、玻璃、塑膠、紙材等之特性及在食品生產製造之應用;培養學生瞭解全球食品包裝發展趨勢;使學生認識食品包裝容器之衛生管理及法規及包裝材料與技術之研發趨勢。
Let students understand food packaging materials and methods. The main food packaging materials include: the characteristics of metal, glass, plastic, paper, etc. and their applications in food production and manufacturing; cultivate students to understand the development trends of global food packaging; and let students understand the health management and regulations of food packaging containers and the development trends of packaging materials and technologies.
