本課程以畜產系高年級為教學對象，希望已具備對禽畜生理、飼養、營養、繁殖、育種及畜產品加工等專業知識之同學，能將其綜合而成為經營一連貫性的畜牧事業。主要內容包括近年來畜牧產業新知，國家政策，各種估測經營規模之指標、牧場規劃，相關企業組織之人事、原物料、財務結構、品質與銷售管理，以及畜牧產業自動化、動物用藥與疫病防治等。

This course is aimed at senior students in the Department of Animal Husbandry. It is hoped that students who already have professional knowledge on animal physiology, feeding, nutrition, reproduction, breeding and animal product processing can integrate it into a coherent animal husbandry business. The main content includes recent knowledge of the livestock industry, national policies, various indicators for estimating business scale, pasture planning, personnel, raw materials, financial structure, quality and sales management of relevant enterprise organizations, as well as livestock industry automation, animal medication and disease prevention and control, etc.
