本課程以畜產系高年級為教學對象,希望已具備對禽畜生理、飼養、營養、繁殖、育種及畜產品加工等專業知識之同學,能將其綜合而成為經營一連貫性的畜牧事業。主要內容包括近年來畜牧產業新知,國家政策,各種估測經營規模之指標、牧場規劃,相關企業組織之人事、原物料、財務結構、品質與銷售管理,以及畜牧產業自動化、動物用藥與疫病防治等。This course takes senior animal department as the teaching target, and hopes to have a companion to learn professional knowledge about poultry and animal physiology, breeding, nutrition, breeding, breeding and animal product processing, and can combine them into a comprehensive animal husbandry business. The main contents include new knowledge of the animal husbandry industry in recent years, national policies, various indicators for estimating business scales, pastoral planning, personnel, raw materials, financial structure, quality and sales management of related enterprise organizations, as well as animal husbandry industry automation, animal medicine and disease prevention and control, etc.
