本課程探討就業市場、人力資源相關法令、職涯發展諮商,與顧客關係管理與服務談及人力資源管理的理論與實務意涵。另培養學生知識吸收傳遞與創造分享的精神,並鼓勵分享互動式團隊學習,以增進學生學習意願。期望學生在學習後,應具備在人力資源管理範疇的整合應用與邏輯思考判斷能力,並能報考人力資源相關證照如就業服務乙級(我國第一張也是唯一的一張國家級人力資源管理證照)。This course explores the theoretical and practical implications of business market, human resources-related laws, career development consultants, customer relationship management and service discussions, and human resources management. In addition, cultivate students' knowledge absorption, transmission and creation and sharing spirit, and encourage sharing interactive team learning to enhance students' learning intentions. It is expected that students should have the ability to integrate application and logical thinking and judgment in the human resource management scope after learning, and be able to apply for human resource-related certificates such as employment service level B (the first and only national human resource management certificate in my country).
