The Fair Trade Act is the Basic Economic Law. It has been in force for more than 15 years since it was implemented on February 4, 1981. There are 49 articles in total. It regulates various transactions in economic activities and establishes fair and reasonable competition norms for the domestic market to achieve the legislative purposes of maintaining transaction order and consumer interests, ensuring fair competition, and promoting economic stability and prosperity. The teaching content of this course is mainly based on the system of provisions of the Fair Trade Law, which is divided into chapters such as "General Principles", "Restriction of Competition", "Unfair Competition Behavior", "Fair Trade Commission", "Legal Liability", etc. It also collects cases actually produced by the Association and arranges them into each chapter according to their behavior. Therefore, the introduction of this course will help students understand the content of legal regulations and specific practical operations.
