公平交易法有經濟基本大法之譽，本課程在協助同學瞭解有關維護市場經濟競爭制度之法律規範有哪些？法律對於私經濟力之濫用，諸如獨占、寡占、聯合行為、事業結合、杯葛、歧視、仿冒、引人錯誤之廣告等等「限制競爭」與「不正競爭」行為採如何之對策加以規制，以使市場經濟得到健全之發展。期望同學在修習完本課程後，能對於我國以及世界各主要的競爭法制有一較通盤之認識。
The Fair Trade Law is known as the basic economic law. In this course, this course helps students understand what are the legal regulations regarding the economic competition system in the market? The law regulates the use of private economy, such as sole discretion, oligopoly, joint behavior, business integration, boycott, discrimination, counterfeiting, misleading advertising, etc., to promote sound market economy. I hope that after completing this course, my classmates will have a better understanding of the major competitive legal systems in our country and the world.
