教育目標 Course Target

1. 建立大規模且具特色之學生互助機制,改變學生被動的態度;使學生從付出中改變內心,服務學習並培養工作倫理、團隊合作、助人愛人等多重能力;
2. 結合實體研討與虛擬資訊平台,強化學習輔導效能;
3. 強化企管系學生對企業管理核心基礎知識的理解,提升對企業管理領域的學習興趣,並結合學生的生涯規劃,找出未來方向;
4. 參與專案,試著應用管理知識。

1. Establish a large-scale and unique student mutual aid mechanism to change students' passive attitudes; enable students to change their hearts through giving, service learning, and cultivate multiple abilities such as work ethics, teamwork, helping others, and loving others;
2. Combine physical seminars with virtual information platforms to strengthen the effectiveness of learning and coaching;
3. Strengthen business management students’ understanding of the core basic knowledge of business management, enhance their interest in learning in the field of business management, and find future directions based on students’ career planning;
4. Participate in projects and try to apply management knowledge.

課程概述 Course Description

本課程以服務精神之養成為目標,透過多樣化的輔導機制,包括小組聚會、直屬大小手的個別輔導、課程主題班、以及教師對大手的扶持等方式,進行低年級學生的 學習與生活輔導,培養工作倫理,提升學生對於系的認同感,同時也使參與的高年級大手與低年級小手的學生,在實踐服務的過程中,完成團隊工作能力、表達與溝 通能力、學習與付出、自信心、與人際關係的培育等目標。 學生將與老師共同成立輔導團隊,共同輔導一二年級同學。每位學生將負責領導1-2位低年級同學,並於課程當中:1.培養團隊工作能力; 2.培養表達與溝通能力; 3.學習與付出; 4.培養自信心; 5.增進人際關係與累積人脈。

This course aims at cultivating the spirit of service. Through a variety of tutoring mechanisms, including group gatherings, individual tutoring under direct supervision, theme classes, and teacher support for junior students, it provides study and life guidance to junior students, cultivates work ethics, and enhances students' sense of identification with the department. It also enables participating senior senior students and junior junior students to complete team work skills, expression, and communication in the process of practical service. goals such as communication skills, learning and dedication, self-confidence, and the cultivation of interpersonal relationships. Students will work with teachers to form a tutoring team to tutor first and second grade students. Each student will be responsible for leading 1-2 junior students, and during the course: 1. Cultivate team working ability; 2. Cultivate expression and communication skills; 3. Study and contribute; 4. Cultivate self-confidence; 5. Enhance interpersonal relationships and accumulate contacts.

1.修課之二三四年級同學(大手)與被輔導一年級同學(小手)都需熟悉教學平台的使用。
2.相關討論將搭配線上學習平台,共同閱讀指定之重要管理書籍,具體書目在開學後將一併公告。


1. Both the second, third and fourth grade students (big hands) who are taking the course and the first grade students being tutored (little hands) need to be familiar with the use of the teaching platform.
2. Relevant discussions will be combined with online learning platforms to jointly read designated important management books. The specific books will be announced after the semester starts.
