本課程以服務精神之養成為目標,透過多樣化的輔導機制,包括小組聚會、直屬大小手的個別輔導、課程主題班、以及教師對大手的扶持等方式,進行低年級學生的 學習與生活輔導,培養工作倫理,提升學生對於系的認同感,同時也使參與的高年級大手與低年級小手的學生,在實踐服務的過程中,完成團隊工作能力、表達與溝 通能力、學習與付出、自信心、與人際關係的培育等目標。 學生將與老師共同成立輔導團隊,共同輔導一二年級同學。每位學生將負責領導1-2位低年級同學,並於課程當中:1.培養團隊工作能力; 2.培養表達與溝通能力; 3.學習與付出; 4.培養自信心; 5.增進人際關係與累積人脈。
This course aims at cultivating the spirit of service. It provides study and life guidance to lower-grade students through a variety of tutoring mechanisms, including group gatherings, individual tutoring directly under the supervision of senior students, theme classes, and teacher support for senior students. , cultivate work ethics, enhance students' sense of identification with the department, and also enable participating senior students and junior students to complete team work abilities, expression and communication skills, learning and dedication, and self-confidence in the process of practical service goals such as the cultivation of heart, mind, and interpersonal relationships.
