本課程在於建立修課學生民法債編的基礎概念，輔以理解實務操作民法債編之方式，學習基礎的民事財產法之方法與解釋。課程目標有四：
一、建立學生民法債編之基礎知識，並使之熟悉基本原則操作。
二、使學生熟悉司法實務關於債編問題之見解。
三、培養學生獨立思考與發展民事財產法之相關問題。
四、訓練學生回應操作民事財產法的原理運作模式。This course aims to establish the basic concepts of civil law debt editing for students, supplement it by understanding the practical methods of civil law debt editing, and learn the basic methods and interpretations of civil property law. The course has four objectives:
1. Establish students’ basic knowledge of civil law debt collection and familiarize them with basic principles and operations.
2. To familiarize students with judicial practice’s views on debt compilation issues.
3. Cultivate students to think independently and develop issues related to civil property law.
4. Train students to respond to the principles and operating modes of civil property law.
研究民法上所規定的債之通則，就債的發生、標的、效力、移轉、消滅與多數債務人及多數債權人等之理論與實踐。債法 具有交易法的色彩，於今日人與人接觸頻繁，發生財產上的權利義務關係甚多之情形下，最為重要。
Study the general principles of debt stipulated in the civil law, including the theory and practice of the occurrence, subject matter, validity, transfer, and elimination of debt, as well as the majority of debtors and the majority of creditors. Obligation law has the color of transaction law, and it is most important in today's situation where people have frequent contacts with each other and there are many rights and obligations in property.
本課程不指定教科書，以教師獨立製作之投影片資料為主。
This course does not specify a textbook, but mainly uses slide materials independently produced by the teacher.
