使學生認識民法債篇總則有關債之發生/種類, 內容, 給付障礙之形態與處理方式, 擔保與保全, 實現與消滅等相關規定, 及其背後的基本原理原則. 並透過對司法實務的整理,分析與批 使學生明瞭現今法院對於相關問題的見解, 並訓練學生批判思考的能力.To enable students to understand the general provisions of the Civil Law Debt Chapter regarding the occurrence/type of debt, its content, the form and handling of obstacles to payment, guarantees and preservation, realization and elimination, and other relevant provisions, as well as the basic principles and principles behind them. And through the organization of judicial practice , analysis and critique enable students to understand the current courts’ views on relevant issues and train students’ critical thinking abilities.
研究民法上所規定的債之通則，就債的發生、標的、效力、移轉、消滅與多數債務人及多數債權人等之理論與實踐。債法 具有交易法的色彩，於今日人與人接觸頻繁，發生財產上的權利義務關係甚多之情形下，最為重要。
