學習民法總則形同在建立學習民法之根基，如同建立一大工程時必須先將工程的根基打好一樣，上課時將由簡單易懂的「人」開始講解，其次是「物」，接著是「法律行為」等逐漸進入抽象的觀念裏，務必在一學年的上下學期中，學好民法總則，以便進入民法之「債總」「債各」「物權」「親屬繼承」等領域中，是為本課程之目標，期待大家共同努力學習。Learning the general principles of civil law is like establishing the foundation for learning civil law.
