本課程作為研究所A組一年級碩士生的導引研究(pilot study)課程，旨在協助同學將自身有興趣的研究議題與對象放回學術社群中檢視，定位(position)自己的研究興趣，並建構其問題意識。課程目標在於透過每週的討論，協助同學儘快進入論文寫作的預備狀態，並在課程結束前嘗試媒合同學語系上的專任教師，建立論文指導的關係。This course is a pilot study course for the first-class student of the Institute A group.
