此課程將由指導教授帶領的方式，藉由探討研究主題，帶領碩專同學藉由完成碩士論文，達到解決餐旅業重要議題的目的，課程目標如下所述:
1. 熟悉資料歸納整理方法
2. 解讀中、英文獻
3. 應用研究方法作為解決問題的工具
4. 可以就蒐集之資料和數據，做有效分析及後續結論建議。

This course will be led by the instructor, explore research topics, and lead students to complete the judiciary paper to solve important questions in the catering and tourism industry. The course goals are as follows:
1. Be familiar with the data storage organization method
2. Explain Chinese and English reading
3. Apply research methods as tools to solve problems
4. You can make effective analysis and follow-up suggestions on the collected data and data.

Course Description:
1. The instructor assists the student in formulating a research topic on the area the student is interested in.
2. The instructor assists the student in searching, assessing, summarizing, integrating, and synthesizing essential reviews of literature on the chosen topic.
3. The instructor assists the student in relating current research to prior related research.
4. The instructor assists the student in designing an appropriate research methodology for the topic.
5. Regular meeting time will be scheduled for the instructor to monitor the student’s progress.
