本課程在介紹結構方程模型(structural equations modeling/SEM)的基本觀念、分析原理、分析步驟、及軟體的操作與解釋，屬於一門進階的數量方法。這門課希望讓修課同學具備使用SEM方法進行餐旅管理領域量化研究或量表建構的基本知識與能力。
This course introduces the basic concepts, analysis principles, analysis steps, and software operation and interpretation of structural equations modeling (SEM). It is an advanced quantitative method. This course hopes to equip students with the basic knowledge and ability to use SEM methods to conduct quantitative research or scale construction in the field of hospitality management.
