教育目標 Course Target
食品科學與其他生物相關領域之研究中，諸如毒性與功能分析，感染之檢測等，細胞操作皆為重要環節。本課程預計提供學生基礎之操作技巧與正確的觀念，提供其在學與未來研究以及相關工作之所需。
In the study of food science and other biological related fields, cell operation is important for toxicity and functional analysis, infection detection, etc. This course is intended to provide students with basic operating skills and correct concepts, providing their needs for learning and future research and related work.
