食品科學與其他生物相關領域之研究中,諸如毒性與功能分析,感染之檢測等,細胞操作皆為重要環節。本課程預計提供學生基礎之操作技巧與正確的觀念,提供其在學與未來研究以及相關工作之所需。In research in food science and other biologically related fields, such as toxicity and functional analysis, infection detection, etc., cell manipulation is an important step. This course is expected to provide students with basic operational skills and correct concepts to meet their needs for study, future research and related work.
