本課程目的主要分為兩大部份,第一部份瞭解人力資源管理的理論與實務意涵,包括招募甄選、訓練與發展、薪酬、員工關係,另培養學生知識吸收傳遞與創造分享的精神,並鼓勵分享互動式團隊學習,以增進學生學習意願。
在第二部份,除了主要讀本的講述,透過學生閱讀人力資源管理相關的學術文章與心得回饋,建立學生分析與批判能力。在課程內容安排將呼應HRM的主軸,並挑選相關學術文章,及配合個案實證的文章,除了讓學生獲取主要讀本以外的新知,更重要的是學科的整合與應用,能瞭解目前學術與實務上所探討的核心方向與主流。
期望學生在學習後,應具備在人力資源管理範疇的整合應用與邏輯思考判斷能力,甚至發現創新可實現的人力資源管理議題。The purpose of this course is mainly divided into two parts. The first part is to understand the theoretical and practical implications of human resource management, including recruitment and selection, training and development, salary, and employee relations, and to cultivate students' knowledge absorption, transmission and creation and sharing spirit, and encourage sharing interactive team learning to enhance students' learning intentions.
In the second part, in addition to the main reading of the book, students can develop analytical and critical skills through reading academic articles and reviews related to human resource management. In the course content arrangement, we will call the main axis of HRM, and select related academic articles and articles that cooperate with case evidence. In addition to allowing students to gain new knowledge other than the main reading, it is more important to integrate and apply the subjects, so that we can understand the core directions and mainstream currently explored in academic and practical studies.
It is expected that students should have the ability to integrate and apply the human resource management scope and logical thinking and judgment after learning, and even discover innovative and realistic human resource management questions.
